At Indie Mercantile Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Returns

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Personal care items (e.g., skincare products, soap)

  3. Return Process

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

  1. Processing
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected].
