• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – $8

Free standard shipping on all orders over $125

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping: We Currently do not offer international shipping and hope to in the future.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our hands. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly. However, we’re always happy to help you navigate any shipping concerns!

Address Changes & Order Adjustments

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are unable to change an address once the package has shipped.

• If you need to adjust or cancel an order, reach out within 12 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@indiemercantile.co with photos of the item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
